Those are: to develop a sense of camaraderie among like minded individuals and to develop a strong charity presence in the community. Your Thoughts/Views on Charitable Causes: I feel that it's vital to "give back" to the community. One key way to do this is to support worthwhile charitable causes. Who is an inspiration to you? Art Smith. He epitomizes for me the right combination of business success and community dedication. How will you measure the success within the Mavericks this year? I have 3 measures. 1) We must raise over $100,000 for charity 2) We must increase our profile in the community 3) We must continue to have the best barn at the Stampede.
